The Line Agency Privacy Policy
Effective date : September 17 2026
Last Updated : September 17 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The Line Agency (“The Line Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through www.theline.agency (the “Site”). It applies to visitors to the Site and people who contact us through the Site. It does not apply to information collected through a separate client engagement, employment relationship, or another service governed by a different notice or agreement.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you use the Site’s contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, subject line, message, and any other information you include in your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Wix. Wix and the technologies needed to operate and secure the Site may automatically process limited technical information, such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, access times, and cookie or similar technology identifiers. We do not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioral advertising tools, scheduling software, or email-marketing tools on the Site.
How We Use Information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
-
receive, route, and respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form;
-
communicate with you about your request and related business matters;
-
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site;
-
prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
-
comply with applicable law, legal process, and enforceable government requests; and
-
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements.
We do not use contact-form information to send newsletters or general promotional emails unless our practices change and we first provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
-
Service providers. We may provide information to Wix, our email provider, and information-technology or security providers that process information for us to host the Site, transmit contact-form messages, provide email services, or protect our systems.
-
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected misconduct, or prevent fraud or security incidents.
-
Business transaction. If all or part of the business is reorganized, transferred, financed, merged, or sold, information may be disclosed to parties involved in that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.
-
With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to do so or otherwise consent.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly permit third parties to use contact-form information for their own direct marketing.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Wix may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the Site. These technologies may remember technical settings, balance traffic, detect misuse, and support basic Site functions. We do not intentionally place advertising cookies or use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.
You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may cause parts of the Site to function incorrectly. For more information about Wix’s processing, review Wix’s privacy materials at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to those signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we do not currently offer a sale-or-sharing opt-out. If our practices change or applicable law requires a response to a recognized preference signal, we will update our practices and this Policy.
Third Party Collection Across Websites
We do not knowingly authorize advertising companies or social-media platforms to collect personally identifiable information through the Site over time and across different websites for targeted advertising. Wix and other service providers may process technical information to provide, secure, and maintain their services, subject to their own privacy notices and our service arrangements.
